Heart & Sole Event Overview

H&S Letterhead logo2

The Heart & Sole Epilepsy Walk/5K was created in memory of  Alexandria Danielle Romeo who passed away as a result of a fatal seizure in November 2011. Join us as we raise awareness about epilepsy - a commonly misunderstood condition. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the programs & services of the Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas.

Runners will enjoy a breathtaking view while competing in a chip-timed competitive 3.1 mile run through the rolling hills of Rough Hollow in Lakeway.

Walkers will enjoy a brisk walk through the rolling hills and beautiful landscape of Rough Hollow in Lakeway.  Choose from the 5K route (3.1 miles) or the shortcut 1 mile route.  Strut your stuff and raise awareness!

Sleepers – Don’t want to get up at the crack of dawn? No worries, there’s a place for you too! Join us as a “sleep in for a cause” Virtual Walker. Help the cause without missing a wink of sleep!
